Like any company out there, Kaber Helm is always looking for new customers to help and new partnerships to form! Lucky for us, while Stewart Gray was in London, he had the opportunity to speak with the managing director of Schools Office Services (SOS).
SOS was looking for a tool that would help them manage their customers while helping their customers manage their documents and their calendars for events requested by SOS.
Using Elements of CRM systems and document management systems, we were able to outline a project plan for a system that would help them dramatically reduce the amount of paperwork they had to fill out and allow each of their customers to be as up-to-date as them!
We are looking forward to developing our relationship with the team from SOS, and supporting them in improving their business processes and their customer journey.
