Team Alignment is essential

Continuously reviewing and updating processes is an essential task when you want to remain at the top of your game… This is a task that Learn to Trade take very seriously! Kaber Helm was drafted in to help map their current processes and offer insight into the re-engineering of their data management structure and identifying areas with the potential to streamline and control.

Kaber Helm flew to London and spent time onsite with LTT gaining direct exposure to their processes and observed the way their team worked from a first-hand perspective. Using notes from our observations and interviews with staff along with cycle times we recorded, we were able to build a working interactive model which highlighted process bottlenecks and highlighted concerns in the flow of information.

After working closely with the London based office, Kaber Helm expanded their project working with the Learn to Trade offices based in the Philippines who had similar processes but also completed some tasks that were started in the London office. We were able to accommodate this part of the project remotely and used video conferencing to conduct interviews with the team members and the managers.

On completion of the research and investigation period, our job was to produce an interactive process flow which highlighted key pieces of information such as the cycle times, touch times, which information was collected at each step and why it was recorded. This was an engaging way to have their team analyze the compiled information and offer feedback.

This was also presented with an executive report, recommendations and insights from an outside perspective.
